Method

Little helpers: Little ones can stir the cream cheese through the pasta.

  1. 1Cook the pasta, adding the peas for the last 3 minutes. Save a mug of the cooking water.
  2. 2Chop the peppers into small pieces and drain the sweetcorn.
  3. 3Stir the cream cheese and crushed garlic through the drained pasta with a splash of the water.
  4. 4Fold in the filling and serve warm.
