Method

Little helpers: Kids can prick the potatoes with a fork and add their own toppings.

  1. 1Prick the potatoes and bake at 200°C for 1 hour (or microwave for 10–12 minutes).
  2. 2Slice the sausages into chunks and fry for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3Split the potatoes and fluff the insides.
  4. 4Spoon in the filling and top with grated cheese.
